Letter From Our President

When the founding women of Women In Energy (WIE) started the unprecedented movement to create a safe and fun networking community of women in Denver’s energy sectors I believe they always knew the community would expand exponentially because the need was so great. The organic growth of this amazing group of women has truly set the bar high for what women need and desire as support in their careers, friendships, and organizations. As women, we know that being adaptable is a crucial skill in maintaining a full and balanced life. WIE has adapted to many changes over the years always striving to keep our corporate members and individual members as the first priority when considering growth.

Lauren GerminarioThis year WIE was afforded the amazing opportunity to expand not only the opportunities offered to our corporate and individual members but also the network of women and resources to support them. Women In Energy is excited and proud to announce its merger with Women’s Energy Network Colorado Chapter (WEN) in January 2017. WEN is a national organization who shares the mission of WIE and offers a expanded suite of both corporate and individual membership services and resources while incorporating the informal feel of WIE. I hope you will consider joining this amazing new organization and take this next exciting step in the journey of our community of women in energy in Denver.

Thank you,

Lauren Germinario
